RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item back, we will notify you that we have received it and will let you know about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus the shipping cost. If you received free shipping from us, we may or may not deduct some or all of the shipping costs that we had previously covered, depending on how many returns from other customers we might get at that period of time. Although, people love our pigs, we just want to make sure we are protected from a sudden big flow in returns of orders that we have paid for shipping. We hope you understand all this and that shipping heavy items are costly. But you probably will get full refund depending on the circumstances. WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
